What does “natural” mean?
The word “natural” means that ingredients have not been chemically altered from their natural state. It also means nothing has been removed, except for water, and nothing has been added.

Is there a difference between organic and natural?
Yes, although many people – and even companies – don’t know the difference. Organic means that something was grown without using chemicals or pesticides. For example, you can buy organic apples that were never sprayed with pesticides or chemicals. These are organic. Natural refers to the manufacturing process (after it’s grown) and means that the ingredient wasn’t chemically altered.

Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely none of our products have been tested on animals. We instead employ quality assurance and human volunteers to test our products and make sure only the highest quality is achieved and maintained.

Are your products vegan-friendly?
We use plant derived ingredients in all our products.

Are all your products hypoallergenic?
Yes, they are. With that said, though, hypoallergenic simply means that something is relatively unlikely to cause an allergic reaction. It does not mean it won’t. Since Aloe Vella uses all natural, plant-based ingredients, they are extremely gentle even on the most sensitive of skin and unlikely to cause a reaction. However, it’s possible for you to be allergic to anything, whether it’s natural or synthetic. You could also develop an allergy to something over time.
